How photo & style search works
Instead of clicking through filters, describe the apartment you want in words ("bright studio with panoramic windows and a sea view") or upload a photo of an interior you like. A CLIP model maps text and images into the same vector space and finds listings in Tbilisi and Batumi with visually similar renovation, layout and style.
Photo search is especially useful when criteria are hard to put into words: the system finds similar aesthetics — minimalism, modern renovation, old-fund apartments with high ceilings — among thousands of active sale and rental listings across Georgia.
