How "Walk to…" search works
Filter by walking distance to real infrastructure: the sea, a park, a school, a kindergarten, the metro or a bus stop, a supermarket. Instead of picking a whole district, set how many minutes you're willing to walk to a specific point — and the tool shows only listings in Tbilisi and Batumi that actually fall within that radius.
Distances are calculated from the property's coordinates to the nearest points of interest (schools, parks, transit stops, pharmacies), not from district boundaries — so results are more precise than a standard "district" filter when searching for an apartment to buy or rent.
