How the listings catalog works
A catalog of active sale and rental listings across Tbilisi, Batumi and all of Georgia, sourced from myhome.ge and ss.ge — filterable by deal type, property type, district, area, room count, and tags detected in photos (renovation, sea view, old vs. new building). You can also search by an uploaded photo to find visually similar listings.
The catalog updates automatically — new listings, price changes and delisted properties are tracked daily, so filters reflect the current state of the Georgian real estate market, not stale data.
