How comparing listings works
Add up to three links from myhome.ge or ss.ge — the tool pulls area, price, fair-value estimate, and distance to the sea and city center for each, and lays them side by side in one table. Handy when choosing between several apartments in Tbilisi or Batumi and you want to quickly see which one is the better deal relative to market price.
The fair-price estimate uses the same model as the "Check a listing" tool, so the comparison is objective — not just a side-by-side of the raw numbers each listing claims.
